Your new role

Working as a Senior Underwriter you will be;

• Focusing on renewals and managing your own portfolio of brokers
• Attending events to grow and develop new business opportunities
• Handling complex Brokers queries across a range of issues to ensure acceptable outcomes
• Building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
• Adhering to high Quality Assurance standards and making sure these are maintained
• Assist in the implementation of business plans in accordance with Financial Lines and company direction.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Knowledge of ISR Mark 4 wordings
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Property Underwriter
• Competent knowledge of renewals process
• Ability to manage broker relationships
• A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
